Status

Public health surface for ratings publish, API, and mirror replication (F-DAPP-6).

• Ratings / publish: see HC.io checks and /v1/status on the API.
• Mirror: staging paper/operator — lag SLO target enqueue ≤60s after delta detect.
• Incidents: posted here when DMS or global mirror kill fires.

Live mirror kill does not flatten by default. Flatten-all is a separate operator command.
